MAPLAN constantly offers a trainee programme to young professionals. The programme allows job starters to gain their first practical experience and to prepare themselves optimally for tasks in the area of mechanical construction and electrical design.

The programme is constructed as follows:

Approximately one year of training in the production department

Depending on the target for your personal training, you will be employed in the company’s electrical or mechanical assembly area.

Regarding electrical engineering, you will learn how to wire our injection moulding machines, learn about the design and how to assemble the control cabinet, as well as how to manufacture and assemble according to parts lists.

In mechanical engineering, you will work according to design drawings and CAD data. You will be employed in the pre-assembly of individual assembly groups and will install mechanical and hydraulic components.

The goal of the training is to learn about the ideology and the general design of our machines from the scratch. Furthermore, good collaboration and networking with colleagues within the company are very important to us.

Here’s where you really get going!

As a junior constructor / junior electrical engineer, you will now make yourself familiar with our systems and programmes. You will receive comprehensive internal and external training in order to prepare you in the best way for your tasks. Furthermore, you will have a department-internal mentor available to support you with the understanding of technical and informal topics within the company.
